#134 SSH Credentials for non-SSH BBSes

It would really be nice if alt-l allowed me to enter my credentials in an SSH session. I use an SSH proxy and my BBS doesn't support SSH natively, so I need to log in manually. My password is really complex and my typing skills are poor, especially when I can't see what I'm typing. It's really not very accessible.
