mappings must be permanently stored before sending them and can be removed only after receiving a successful status for the Map command sent.

    At the moment, mapping is not persist. Thing will not be good in communication got broken.

    Currently the MapStep class simply grab commands from the commandsPool. This class should check whether there exists a SyncMLMap command in the pool, then check responses from the server. If fail at this point, the program should then report the incident to the user, and the user may choose to resend the map command.
