#15 Calendar items are not added to Outlook

I am running Outlook add-in on Win7 64bit with Outlook 2010 32bit.
The server is Horde. I create new contacts on the server then run Contacts sync and see new contacts in the Contacts pane.
However, when I create calendar events (appointments) on the server and then run the Calendar Sync I can see that calendar events are successfully received by the client but they never show up in the Outlook Calendar. I tried to debug it but at no avail. All I see at this point that Facade.LocalDataSource does not contain the names of new calendar events...
Anybody has an idea how Facade.LocalDataSource is getting populated with data from the server? (I could not find this code either).
For me it is an urgent problem since I have commitment to my client with regards to Calendar sync. I would consider to pay someone to resolve/fix this problem (not much though ;-).

BTW, the same phenomena happens for Tasks, and Notes.
