I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but if you are asking what has changed between SyncML 1.0 and 1.2 (or between SyncML 1.1.2 and 1.2), there have been discussions about this in the Yahoo SyncML group (and probably also the Yahoo Sync4J group, although I don't recall). You should look there, and search those archives.
If you really are asking about changes since 1.0 (or really, 1.0.1), I believe there was a change document for what changed between that and the 1.1.x releases. For the changes between 1.1.x and 1.2, see the existing messages in the Yahoo group.
