In Win 10/64-bit I am getting synchronization errors with synchronicity, with messages like:
Error: mscorlib
Error detail: Access to the path <destination path\filename=""> is denied.</destination>
When I check the destination files and try to delete them manually, I get a windows error message that I need administrator privileges to delete them. I have no idea why those particular files need administror provileges to be deleted/overwritten, but I suppose that Synchronicity is experiencing the same problem with those files.
I thought the solution would be to run Synchronicity as Administrator, but when I do that I get the following error message when trying to run a synchronization: Configs - Invalid config! Destination directory is not valid.
Any ideas?
Running as Administrator and redefining the destination directory fixed the problem. No idea why it was necessary to redefine the destination directory, but at least it worked.
