#55 0.4.2 Plugin hangs in Windows/TB 2.0.0.12/ Lightning

The 0.4.2 Plugin with Windows XP/ TB 2.0.0.12/ Lightning 0.7 hangs - and sometimes eventually crashes TB. Upgraded plugin from 0.4.1 which was having the Sync Button and Options bug.

The log shows that it has retrieved all the local calendar data, then nothing further is written to the log.

Thunderbird is NOT responsive after - if TB doesn't crash, you have to kill the TB from Task Manager.

Upgraded to Lightning 0.8 from the above config.

Options and Contacts synchronisation works fine now.

Calendar can't synchronise and is greyed out in the options panel because "This plugin is Lightning 0.7 compatible"
