#54 0.4.2 Sync Button and Options don't work

TB 2.0.0.12/ Lightning 0.7 (Windows XP and Ubuntu 7.10) with Plugin 0.4.1 Sync button and Options were giving

Upgraded to Lightning 0.8 and Plugin 0.4.2 on Ubuntu 7.10
and Sync and Options still aren't working

Exact same output here on Arch Linux, using Lightning 0.8 and Plugin 0.4.2. Any server/login info (or anything in preferences) doesn't stick upon closing the window.

Also upgraded to Plugin 0.4.3, still the exact same problem. Nothing works and the plugin doesn't remember any settings.

I too have this problem with:
WindowsXP
Thunderbird 2.0.0.12
lightning 0.8
plugin 0.4.3

Once the plugin is installed I am unable to confim any settings for the plugin and cannot access the settings through the options button on the sync dialogue window.
