#44 Crash on sync

when setting the remote name from "cal" to "scal",
thunderbird with lightning installed crashes when synchronizing.

Thunderbird: 2.0.0.9
Lightning: 0.7
Funambol: 0.4.1

With "cal" sync works as expected, so using "scal" may just be illegal, but it should not cause crashers.

but, when cal to ./calendar in order to work with egroupeware
