Hi, the client is not reachable by the server on the port 4745 for the STP, and so it's trying to do CTP (connecting to the server port 4745) that is not reachable (probably because the server is not 6.5). I suggest you to re-check the connectivity from the server to the port 4745 of the client (just try to telnet to it).
