#16 Publish few more procedures

Hello!
I made few more changes to synapse units and I would be really happy if you could include them to the mainstream trunk. Mostly around POP3Send to be able to use custom Socket implementation (inherited from TTCPBlockSocket) and in MimeMess to be able to use custom MessagePart implementation (derived from TMimePart).
All changes are based on r185 (current trunk) so merge should be trivial.

PS: I have also posted these changes into another thread which is few days older and closed, but I didn't receive any response. I am not sure whether it is due to holidays (in which case I hope you really enjoyed them for all the hard work you guys are doing!) or if you weren't notified about my last post due to the thread being closed.
