#82 lazarus .lpk file does not list ssl3 units

the synapse 40.1 lpk available from the lazarus open package manager does not include the ssl_openssl3.pas and ssl_openssl3.lib.pas files. these units never get compiled with the lpk, so the user must supply a path to the synapse sourse before ssl_openssl3 can be found.
