#81 Synapse HTTPS-server does not accept private keys in EC format

There is an workaround for a missing feature in OpenSSL <0.9.7 with SSL_CTX_use_PrivateKey_file, which never got updated in Synapse when the feature was apparently added in OpenSSL 0.9.8.
