#73 ssl_openssl3.pas not included in laz_synapse.lpk

The unit ssl_openssl is deprecated in favour of ssl_openssl3. However, Lazarus users who normally use synapse library by including laz_synapse package as dependency to their project cannot compile the project.

Currently, the workaround is to remove the package and include the path to synapse library folder instead (must be done in every build mode of the project). The problem is that, when the project is moved to another computer, the path to the synapse folder might not be the same (especially when you develop in different operating system -- and it is quite common to develop in one OS, but then test and build your application in another).

So, please include ssl_openssl3 unit to laz_synapse package.
