#68 Handshakes problem, HTTP2

Synapse can't access to many websites. It's problem of TLS and HTTP handshakes.
Synapse needs to have TLS and HTTP handshakes like as real browser https://github.com/lwthiker/curl-impersonate there is implementation on curl.
Also, it would be great if Synapse will have HTTP2 support.
