#122 Error when 'Find in Files'

I was performing a 'Find in Files'-action. I wanted to
replace the '<h1>' tags in all documents in a certain dir
with '<t1>' (please dont ask why, i just wanted it ;).

While the program was still busy, I clicked 'Search -->
Find in Files' again (I actually thought the program was
finished searching).

After that, an error message popped up (see attach).

it's a bug that occurs in 2.1.0.46 when a process that
writes to output window is interupted (got the same
with a Ctrl+F2 on an infinite-loop perl script)
