#49 04PATLST.DAT bug
Bug appears in the following scenario:
FFMPEG is absent, I try to transfer a MP3 file with unvalid bitrate or frequency, JSymphonic let me schedule the transfer, but when applying, it fails. After that I'm not able to try to transfer the same file again since it is listed in the 04PATLST.DAT file.
Fixed in rev 382.
When writing the database, I delete the titles which status are "TO_ENCODE", and so on, and I now also delete the associated paths.
