Well, some symbols are useful : the phone, the letter, the mailbox, t=
he=20
smilleys...
=2E..when you don't want to spend a few minutes to search a real clip=
art.

My thoughts about the font selector:
- it would be useful to sort font in categories : script, fixed,=20
antique, modern, fun, symbols...
- then, show each font with an example : either their name or a fixed=
=20
sample text. But, this feature is usally a bit slow : we have to rend=
er=20
all installed fonts. A good caching system is required ! Maybe can we=
=20
include the rendered sample bitmap in the font file attributes ?
