#8 word displays grammer/spelling error message

when executing the command
cd "C:\Documents and Settings\blacma\My Documents\My Software\bin\sydi-server"
cscript .\sydi-server.vbs -d -oH:\sysdoc\mblackburndt_sydi_doc.docx -tlocalhost
exit

the last step of saving document, I get a warning document has too many grammer spelling mistakes. It will not create a new word document.

using office 2007 and sydi-server 2.3

It only started a month ago -- it worked fine for several months before. I'm thinking some patches or config changes in word may have had a part to play.
