As we speak Strategic War Planner is under construction. I have recruited a gaming friend of mine to help me with this project, since I am very busy at the moment with other things.

I am working my ass off to get a first, beta, version out before the end of the month. Don't expect it to be fully compatible with our goals, it will have limited features and the speed might be all that you expected.
