Software crashes when scanning one of my routers.
Causes the software to close with the generic windows error.
prevents me from using the discover function on this network because it tries to scan that router and then crashes.
i can add some logs but im not sure what debug option will help.
I looked at a few of them and did not see any errors.

otherwise i really like the software on the networks where it gets along with all of my devices.

Thanks for reporting. Can you tell me what router model and software version causes the crash? Also can you go to view->debug options and select analysis engine, network device, device manager and snmp then re run it? It will create a log file named sm.log. Email me that.

Hi there! I'm hoping you still maintain this. I'm running into this issue as well. I've tried using older command line versions as well and I'm still encountering issues. Were you ever able to resolve this or make headway? I'd like to start using the app a bit more for initial network discoveries, as well as recommend it to others, but with it crashing while scanning it's a bit hard to do. Thank you!
