#22 Utility Plugin

This plug-in was initialy made by rkv104 and published in SD3D forum here
but I decide to put it here also to be more easy to find.
The original version (I nameit 1.0) is the firt attashament.
The second attashament (Utility2Plugin version 1.1) is a modified version of original.
I've add few line of code, remove some other and in the end we have this:
the plug-in is under Edit->Special select and Edit->Special Hide/Show
the interface is with radio buttons
* the original features for this tow actions are keped
Don't forget I'm not a programer.
