A function/option to attach furniture on a wall would be very useful, for easy design planing, and even for precise house plans with measurements. For example for windows doors light switches etc.
The function could give the furniture additional informations how they are attacked to a wall, or to the entire room. One of the corners of a wall could be used as reference for distance, or a proportional to both corners.
If then a wall is moved, the attached objects would move with the walls. and if the size of the object is changed, it keeps his position in relationship to the wall.
Now, if a wall position is changed, all windows doors and furniture has to be replaced again. This can be a lot of extra work, and slows down the planing process.
This options could be useful in the function and object dialog:
Checkbox: Attach object to wall, yes / no
Text/ID: Wall ID / Room ID
Selection: Related to corner, First / Second / all corners of the room (for furniture which stand inside the room, and not touch a wall)
Selection: Related in , Exact distance [in value] / Proportional [in %]. (Not used for room objects, they will be proportional to the actual position/rotation)
