#1267 The maximum elevation of floors is too low for me

The maximum elevation in the edit floor dialog is 100m, however you can go above this when you create additional floors (my apartment is on level 41 ~120m up). It would be really helpful if the dialog did not have a limit (or the limit was ~1km)
