#1247 3D view navigation, invert Up/Down Axis

Could we please have an option to invert the "click and drag" Up/Down camera view? Maybe my brain is wired wrong, but I would prefer to be able to switch this so that moving the mouse forward means to look down, and backwards means to move up. This would also align better for some folks who want other interface methods that may introduce alternative perspectives on what-means-what.
