#1150 Format Painter for room modifications

A tool that copies the selections (excluding room name) in the Modify room window with 1 click, and with next click applies that on a selected room. Similar to the Format Painter in Excel.
Continuous pasting until the tool is cancelled with the Esc key.
This will save a lot of clicks when you don't have to enter the Modify room dialogue for every single room.
