#1048 Add Crown Molding / Chair Rail function similar to baseboards.

I love the added baseboard feature added from a while back, would you be able to add a similar feature for crown molding and mid-wall chair rails? I have rooms in my house that have a lighter color above the chair rail and a darker color below the chair rail. I tried uploading my custom texture but it's not ideal.
