Printing not working at all. Every time I hit print, the entire app locks up and I have to force quit. I run a new MacPro with Sierra 10.12.2. I had no problem with the software prior to the last Sierra update on 12/21 so it may be related. Hope this is a quick fix since I really need to print out copies for review with clients.

Same problem here. As soon as I try to open "Page Format" from File\Page Setup, or try and print, it locks up and must be force closed. Os Sierra 10.12.2 latest version of Sweet Home 5.3.1.

I could also reproduce this issue with the Mac App Store version under Sierra 10.12.2. Logs report a Sandbox violation during a network access. Strange, I'll have to investigate further...

Any updates? Print Preview works, but Print still hangs up the app.

Not yet, but as it happens only with Mac App Store version, there's a workaround in case you really need to print:

install Java

download Jar executable version of Sweet Home 3D

click on the SweetHome3D-5.3.jar downloaded file while maintaining the ctrl key pressed, and choose Open in the contextual menu that will appear

open your sh3d file and print it.

I performed more tests, and I fear it's a regression in Sierra 10.2.1 or 10.2.2, because printing feature works correctly in Sweet Home 3D 5.3 under Sierra 10.12. I also tried it under the current 10.2.3 Beta 2 where the printing issue is still here. Let's hope that Apple will be able to fix this issue for the final release of 10.2.3! Once I'll get some feedback from Apple, I'll be able to tell you more.
Meanwhile don't hesitate to report this issue to them.

I found a way to circumvent this bug in Sierra 10.2.2 by adding network access entitlement to Sweet Home 3D, and submitted a new version 5.3.2 to Mac App Store for review. It should be available in the coming days.
