In some positions a gray triangle appears in the 3D view - see attached screenshots.

    These triangles are ceilings that Sweet Home 3D didn't succeed to compute correctly because the shape of the room is too complicate or because some walls have some variable heights (see help for a description about how ceiling points height is computed). In your case, hiding the ceiling or moving the room points away of the small wall end points in the room you drew should make the trick.

    The small wall isn't a SH3D wall. It's a SketchUp model. The problem is the room. There are two "rooms" so that I can use different color and to show where the floor is and where the stairs are (yellow part - will construct the stairs using SketchUp some day).

    Hiding the ceiling does the trick. Thank you for that hint! If I am right then the ceiling is only displayed in "visitor mode". So it shouldn't have an effect in 3D view.
