Hello,
I downloaded Sweet Home 3D from the Mac App Store. Everything generally works well, but I am unable to access the premium features or find any option to subscribe, either monthly or annually.
Whenever I use an item from the library and try to modify it, I am unable to do so and repeatedly receive this error message:
Please connect to the internet to unlock premium features and browse the full catalog
My Mac is connected to the internet when this happens, so I do not understand why the application is asking me to connect.
My system details are:
- Sweet Home 3D: Version 7.6.6 Mac App Store (1583)
- Mac: MacBook Pro, 14-inch, 2021
- Chip: Apple M1 Pro
- Memory: 16 GB
- macOS: Sequoia 15.5
Could you please help me resolve this issue? Where can I find the subscription options, and is there a sign-in or purchase restoration step required to unlock premium features?
