I downloaded the Linux 64-bit installer just now and find that it works okay except for a few user-interface problems.
One of these is that zooming on an aerial 3D view by turning the scroll wheel is extremely slow. About a meter of travel is required to get the zoom I'd expect from one or two finger sweeps in other CAD programs. I got the meter figure by inverting the mouse and running it along like it was a toy car. Holding down the scroll wheel and moving the mouse forward and backward got me an acceptable zoom speed, thought this is a bit clunky.
Second problem is that there seems to be no way to slide within the aerial 3D view. The focus remains at all times the center of the building. I cannot get up close to something anywhere else.
