Hello Dave,

  Can anybody checkout files from CVS ?
  I always have such exception. :-(
  
Errors occured during this operation  The server reported an error while performing the "cvs checkout" command.
: cvs server: failed to create lock directory for `/cvsroot/sweet-swt/net.sf.sweet_swt' (/cvsroot/sweet-swt/net.sf.sweet_swt/#cvs.lock): Permission denied  
: cvs server: failed to obtain dir lock in repository `/cvsroot/sweet-swt/net.sf.sweet_swt'  
: cvs [server aborted]: read lock failed - giving up
