You're right that there's been some bit-rot since the directions on the
download page were written.  I'll have to address that; thanks for bringing
it to my attention.
 
Sweet is currently just a toolkit for GUI builder writers--it helps solve
the SWT metadata problem and provides an open source SWT property editor
control.  Is this what you were expecting?
