there were quite a few small changes in 0.5.4 with playback handling. Also there were some small bugs in crop handling in general -- eg. undoing the cropping out of regions that begin at the beginning of the file and/or end at the end of the file was really screwy in 0.5.3. Also, there were floating point errors when running filters on really short regions, eg. clearing less than 100 samples of data. K.
