#5 selectable split of large files

Please add a system to:
1) split large mpgs into multiple
files
2) selectable sizes, (640m, 1g, 2g, 4g, 4.7g 9.4g)

corresponding to (cd, why_not, samba, Win98se, DVD?R/RW, DS DVD-
RAM)
3) of course the corrensponding playback of split
files.

Until this is available, I have four Babylon 5 movies on
HQ that are locked in my 4080.

Aye! This would be a great feature! I have a Maxtor NAS
4000 that I would love to store the shows on. However,
this is an older version with a Unix based operating
system, and can only handle files up to 2gb in size. The
newer units use a version of NT so they don't have this
problem. I can't justify replacing it just for this
purpose, although I did think about it for a little bit<g>!
