Agustinus,

I've noticed several times in which the default model parameters for SWAN
change between versions.  Try specifying as many parameters as possible in
your input files.  You can also check the logs of updates

For instance, the bug fixes says that v41.01 changed the default drag model
to that employed by ADCIRC whenever the models are coupled.
