[swanmodel-users] Normalising factor in 2D SWAN spectra

Dear All,

I was wondering if anyone knows the procedure to normalise the factor in
SWAN model to form 2D spectral input.

I have seen one script and they normalised the spectra by 990099 but I do
not know where the number comes from.

So, I was wondering if anyone recognises this number.
