Naser, SWAN has no "knowledge" about grid04. You just request grid03 to output data on a certain frame (which happens to be the boundary for grid04). The only landmask that is considered is the mask in grid03. When this is problematic, you'll have to change the mask in grid03 and set the depth to some artificial level.
