In the latest Git revision r.c779621, the CMakeLists.txt file is missing the last line (line number 242) which needs to be

endif ( ASTYLE )

Otherwise CMAKE complains

CMake Error in CMakeLists.txt:
  A logical block opening on the line

    /srv/repository/git/swami/libinstpatch/CMakeLists.txt:228 (if)

  is not closed.

Yes. I left it that way to see whether anybody still uses swami and complains. Good to know that this is still the case.
