Yes, it could be implemented. Adi/DL1HRC has sent me code for APRS communication over the Internet so I guess that code can be used for this application as well. The most straight forward way to implement it would be to write a new module. 1. Actrivate module 2. Listen for 16 DTMF digits 3. Confirm APRStt packet with callsign 4.
