UliBoard can operate with ASCII Serial and RTS without any modification on board. For DTR pin you have to move a Jumper on board. But if your serial cable is home made and not a NullModem , don't work with svxlink. Try to test your EchoLink with RTS Signal and if works fine , your hardware must works also with svxlink, i think.
