Cool! Andrew is doing the CSS and I'll do the DOM core. I totally agree with the other points. In comparing the W3C IDL to the Java, it looks like they made some changes when implementing it in Java, so I can't see why we couldn't do the same. And while we are at it, since C# was submitted to EMCA as a standard, we should send the C# bindings to the W3C.
