#3 CodeDOM support

I think it would be cool if there was either a dll or exe
distributed with the project that used CodeDOM to
create a compatable version of the svg file but in .net
code, so it could be embedded in custom controls or
normal apps, Dont get me wrong, i think the svg#
project is a great idea, but it has a high overhead and it
is a lot of files to be distributed for a small program.
