Unfortunately, SVEditor has never supported refactoring. While it's one of
my favorite features in IDEs for other languages (eg Java), refactoring
support is also a significant undertaking.

I think it was announced in the 0.6 release, but it doesn't seem to be in
the latest version. Is this feature not supported?
