#101 Doxygen Support

Adding Doxygen support (in a similar manner to NaturalDocs). The filter available at http://www.intelligentdv.com/downloads/index.html#doxygentools can convert SystemVerilog to a C/C++ approximation that Doxygen can process. Doxygen already generates Eclipse documentation, therefore implementation could prove a simple task.

Perhaps someone down the line will write a full SV parser for Doxygen.
