#493 Editor: Find Next / Previous element doesn't behave when code folding is active

This is related to #491 Outline: Tracking of cursor has issues when code is folded

Goto next / previous elemnt (Ctrl+Shift+Up/Down) doesn't work as expected when code folding is active.

Work around added in 2.0.0.

All elements will be unfolded if this function is activated. TODO left in code "GotoNextPrevElementAction.java" to mark insertion point of work-around.
