#399 Code Completion - Templates not showing when `define used

Found in 1.7.9

In the attached template file which I exported From SVEditor's "Code Templates", I have a template that I want to use for comments. For various reasons I want to use a `DEFINED_VARIABLE as the basis for the template.

In my project, when I hit Ctrl+Space, only the `define comes up, not the template (Ideally I'd like both to show up)

In the template I have put in something to the effect of:
`TODO // <DATE> Useful Comment
