#1 Problem adding items to surveys
I've migrated the project to VS2010 (which unfortunately breaks the reports functionality =( ) and have the DB residing on M$ Server 2012. When I click "Ok" to add a question (or group) to a survey I'm creating, it appears that nothing happens. If I close the modal box and click the "Preview" button, I can see that my question was indeed added. This happens for every item I want to add to the survey. So creating a single question with 4 possible answers quickly becomes rather tedious. I've had the same behavior happen in IE8, FireFox & Chrome. Perhaps an AJAX issue? :/
Correction: I can add groups just fine, and then I can add items inside of those groups just fine. It's just when trying to add a question outside of any group that it gives me troubles. Ex. I create a new survey, and the first thing I try to do is add a question.
Maybe that's part of the functionality; you're only able to create questions inside of groups? If that's the case, ideally, then, the button for "add question" shouldn't appear outside of any group.
