#4 Roms location and loading

I have installed my Surreal64 software on my Xbox

location is G:\Emus\Surreal64\
location of Roms is G:\Emus\Surreal64\Roms\

I have changed the surreal.ini to reflect this but when i
try and load the roms nothing happens... how can i
change this? or how can I make it work?

figured out how to fix the game list problem
go to E:\TDATA\a64fea57 folder on you xbox hard drive and
there should be a Surreal.ini in that folder. Open it and
make the necessary changes to the rom path. This is what
mine looks like
Rom Path=E:\games\N64\
and everything works now :)

If you can't find the Surreal.ini try searching udata or the
tdata folders for ini files.

Try to use the refresh button, if controller does not work
then switch try all the 4 different ports.

AH somebody's FINALLY figured it out

You have to delete RomlistChache and Surreal.ini from e:\TDATA\a64fea57
Then Start Surreal. Wait for it to Build Rom List from your specified folder.
Do not EVER click the refresh button in the bottom right corner of your
Surreal menu. Its messes everything up.
everytime you add a new rom or change your surreal.ini, you have to delete
those two files from TDATA
