Hello Support Team,

There is no data written to SerialPort (selector = SerialPort.DEFAULT) by the specific VM: PalmOS - ARM since version 5.7 and above.

'Write' to the serial hardware port with earier VM versions or with the 68k version works fine.

Could you help?

Kind regards,
Günther

    Hello Guilherme,

the test case attached is compiled with SW-SDK V5.72.
    I use a Palm Tungsten T with a serial (RS232) cable.
The Palm is connected with the Hyperterminal program on a PC.

If you run SerialTest with the SW-VM V5.61 the output is ok.
Higher versions of a SW-VM will provide strange output - see capture files.

    Kind Regards,
    Günther
