Hi Christian,

thank you very much for looking into this, the white elephant issue is 
indeed now fixed =D

I indeed believe that all outstanding issues have now been fixed. Well, 
we'd gladly welcome
Unicode support and scalable fonts, but we can manage with our custom 
font object meanwhile ;)
